Since our programs are universally scalable, you will be doing the same workouts as everyone else, regardless of your initial fitness level. We’ll give you suitable regressions and progressions as needed to accommodate your personal level. You don’t have to be as strong, fast, or fit as anyone else, but if you give your 100% effort (no matter what it looks like), 100% of the time, you’ll be surprised how quickly your skills, strength, conditioning, and energy levels improve.

We’ve been here before. So, PhysXtreme CrossFit 819 in Ottawa and Gatineau offers a fundamentals program that will prepare you well for entry into the regular classes. The fundamentals program will be tailored to your needs depending on previous Crossfit and training experience.
Our fundamentals classes will provide you with the skills necessary, and a better sense of comfort before entering the regular program classes.

- You’ll start out by taking our mandatory fundamentals classes.
- You’ll learn the foundational movements our signature CrossFit Chaos 819 program is built on.
- Once you’ve completed the fundamentals classes, you’ll join the regular classes
