Simon General Warm-up (No Measure)

Tabata x12 intervals

Alternating between:

– Row for calories

– Burpees over rower

Conditioning Skill

Double-Unders (8 mins practice)

3 mins : review proper positioning

5 mins : double under game*

*Get as far as possible in this rep scheme : 5-10-15-20… etc.

If you’re a beginner: 1-2-3-4-5… etc.

All sets need to be unbroken to move on!


Snatch (Review TnG w/ light weight, then workout weight)

Once you’re ready, perform 2 warm up rounds of:

4 burpees over bar

4 TnG power snatch


Metcon (Time)

3 cycles (temps limité à 16 minutes)

20 arrachés en puissance enchaînés (séries de 10) 95/65

50 sauts à la corde doublés // 100 sauts simples

15 burpees au-dessus de la barre
