5 kneeling squat jump

5 handstand hold ( 5 sec)

10 stand to squat

Gymnastics

EMOM 10

Odd : 3-6 kipping handstand push ups

Even : 20 hollow rocks (or :20 hollow hold)
If you can’t perform a handstand push up, you’re still gonna work on mechanics by doing negatives. Use mats as needed.
