Our fundamentals program will help you learn safe and effective techniques for the main and special training exercises you’ll encounter in our regular CrossFit, Bootcamp, and Kettlebell programs. Our fundamentals program is designed to help provide a smooth transition into the regular CrossFit, Bootcamp, and Kettlebell classes. Learning the basics may not be as exciting as participating in the real classes, but knowing how to train safely and effectively will help you progress more quickly.
How do you know if our kettlebell program is right for you? Our Kettlebell training program will help you develop a really great type of functional strength that’s pretty unique to Kettlebell training. Because Kettlebell training frequently involves higher repetitions, adaptations in strength endurance and the resultant increase in work capcity are hallmarks of the program.
Due to the unique effects of Kettlebell training, a very special body awareness develops. This awareness improves skill and conditioning potential, but it also helps to improve self-confidence. The resulting self-confidence is often quite evident by the great friendships that develop amongst Kettlebell athletes.
The kettlebell is a simple tool used in highly technical ways. It’s a skill-based workout that requires attention to teaching technique. The focus of this program is on kettlebell training, but all classes incorporate accompanying body weight and joint mobility exercises. Our coaches are highly experienced and qualified, and constantly learning to ensure their clients’ continued adaptation and improvement.

Boot camp is designed for people who may not be able to commit to training four or more times per week but still want to get all the benefits. Its foundation uses the same weightlifting barbell strength exercises as CrossFit but, without the highly technical classical weightlifting exercises (Clean & Jerk and Snatch) and their variations. It uses an equally broad but slightly different variety of training tools and exercises to ensure there is plenty of variety and you don’t get bored!
Boot camp is designed to give you suitable regressions and progressions to accommodate your fitness level. You don’t have to be as strong or as fast and fit as anyone else, but you have to give your all, no matter what it looks like.
Our kids program is based on CrossFit Kids methodology, and we scale the load and volume to ensure a safe, effective, and fun exercise program for your kids.
