Note: Those with significant prior experience in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, or Kettlebell can get started right away with either a free trial CrossFit class, a free trial Bootcamp class, or a free trial Kettlebell class at our Ottawa-area gym! For those who are new to- or have limited experience with the world of CrossFit, Bootcamp, or Kettlebell we offer three distinct intro programs which provide mandatory fundamentals classes and plenty of time to see if we’re a good fit together.
