Mylene moved to Gatineau from Gaspe in September 2011 to pursue her career as a social worker. Mylene participated in her first CrossFit class in October 2011 and quickly became addicted to the sport.
She completed her Level One Certification and started coaching in June 2012. Mylene’s upbeat, energetic and positive attitude quickly made her a hit with the athletes in the CrossFit community.
Motivated and passionate about finding the balance between work stress and physical health, she pushes herself and her members to achieve their health goals whether a beginner or advanced athlete.
Coach Mylène said :
“Before discovering CrossFit I was always working out in a gym. As a youth, I played high-school-level sports like judo, soccer, and basketball. I had been weight training for years, but I really fell in love with CrossFit in October 2011, and I have never looked back.”
