Tobin DeCou is a personal trainer, kettlebell expert and OCR Coach. He has a long history of competitive athletic endurance sports ranging from 24-hour mountain biking and Adventure Racing to rock climbing, paddling, orienteering, mountaineering, cross country skiing, and more.
Tobin even tackled an Ironman Canada Triathlon just to get that checked off his bucket list just before turning 40.
Tobin discovered Kettlebells in 2001 which became his key tool in developing better core strength, a stronger grip and overall power and endurance.
Training with kettlebells helped him push forward in 6-day non-stop Adventure races, earning Top 5 in Canada rankings in Spartan Race Trifectas and capping his success with completing the Spartan Ultra Beast races in 2015.
Eager to share his passion with others, Tobin has naturally found himself in coaching roles throughout his life.
He brings enthusiasm and team building qualities to his classes which have earned him a reputation and following for his coaching methods.
